The only way to obtain the mythic map pack is to either purchase them over Xbox Live, or obtain a copy of Halo 3: ODST. The second disc in ODST is a multiplayer disc that comes with all Legendary, Heoric, Cold Storage, and Mythic Map Packs. There is no free way, short of breaking the Xbox Live's Terms of Use.
