How do you get an ISP representative to give out special deals on service?
Looking to get cheaper or higher tiered internet from my cable provider, how do I present myself so that the company tries to earn my business by giving me the hookup.

If you already have the service, threaten to leave them. Most of the time they will offer you some sort of deal, either a reduced rate or a few months free.
