"Radec is difficult to kill, especially if you are attempting to get the "Demonslayer" trophy for killing him in under twenty minutes. Do not worry about him until you get the cutscene where he says "I guess you want to make it personal!" In the beginning he will send hordes of Helgast troops at you. Just dig in, and kill them all. You will be on the ground floor for about three waves of troops. Then the doors on the side will open, allowing you to get to the balcony. Note: Ammunition is limited on the balcony; make your shots count. When you reach the balcony, there will be two flamethrower Helagst waiting. Afterwards, there will be two waves of infantry then a mixed group of infantry and knife wielding Helgast officers. Be careful because when you are on the balcony they will come up from both sides. Take care of them first, then focus on the floor troops. After this wave there will be RPG troops on the far wall of the room. Take them out, then go back to the floor troops. After about six waves, there will be another cutscene of Radec. You will now be back on the ground level. Radec will now phase in and out of invisibility, and appear beside you and try to knife you. Keep moving and shooting at him as he shows himself. After hitting him enough times, he will retreat to the stairs in front of you. Keep shooting him until he dies."

"Radec (Visari Palace)
Not counting the two sections of Helghast soldiers before, Radec is
surprisingly easy. He warps around the room while cloaked and only de-cloaks
when he attacks. He has a knife and a light machinegun that fires without
running out of ammunition (constant), so it would be best to fight around an
open area with some large (but easy to reach) cover. You need to back away
quickly when Radec rushes with his knife (one knife stab kills Sevchenko on
normal), but you want to get somewhat close to hit Radec (stunning him) before
he winds up his minigun.
Remember when Radec shoots Templar dead? Awesome.
There should be plenty of ammunition and guns lying around if you've been
careful to use the handgun to waste enemies who were isolated earlier.
Decisive use of the handgun's infinite ammo makes or breaks your ammunition
totals for the final battle. The rocket launchers from the last wave of
soldiers are pretty much useless unitl Radec is about to die. You know when
Radec is about to die (the next shot) when he teleports to the room's exit (it
is where he came in from during the cut-scene before the fight) and pretty
much doesn't stop firing his machinegun (he will not stop to reload).
Although you can try to "Rocket" Radec (trademark pending for this new super-
hero), it is generally more effective to take one of the VC-32 Sniper Rifles
from the far end of the balcony. Pop him from very, very, very far away -- at
the range the sniper rifle works best, Radec's special VC-3 cannot really hit
Sevchenko, thus putting you at minimum risk of dying (handy if you're not
trying to die at all for the trophy). The rocket launcher is far too
inaccurate to be handy, although given the explosion, you may not need to hit
Radec but rather some obstruction next to him."
