How do you feel about women who breast feed multiple babies (wet nurse) that is not their own?

I see nothing wrong with wetnurses. I could not feed my daughter when she was born because of extreme medical problems. I knew then that breast milk was better for her than formula, but had no choice in what she was fed. I like the idea that babies who can not get it from their natural mother might still be able to get the benefits of breastmilk.

M$Re: breastfeeding in public, you gotta do what you have to do. This is not gross or disgusting either!
It's necessary. People should get used to it. If it bothers you, DON'T LOOK :P

M$Regarding wet nurses or borrowed breast milk, breast milk is known for being the healthiest option and can provide immunities and nutrition. Keep in mind, however, that all breast milk should come from known or checked donors if you make the decision to use breast milk other than your own. Make sure that donated breast milk is first screened for HIV, hepatitis, or other diseases that can be passed in breast milk. In a nutshell, don't accept breast milk from just anyone off of the street.
