How do you estimate pricing on Amazon's EC2 service?

First:
Find the total ROUNDED size of your storage. If you have a lot of small files, you have to usually double your estimate.
Second:
You should have a good idea of transfer in from previous months. However, when you "go Live", you will find you have to update your content, so estimate another 15%
Third:
Data transfer out - this is the wild card. Starting up, this is 10-20% of your storage, but if you get popular, it can be more than 300%

Requests I usually do not account for, except if I have a LOT of small files.
