How do you enter a link, when answering a question?
Just HTML, or is there a secret trick?
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

If you wondering why answers appear to have html links, it's because the person is linking to Mahalo pages by surrounding the term with double brackets. For example if I wrote [ [ Christmas ] ] without spaces it would appear as Christmas.
However, the only way to add a link to an outside page is to paste the link. It sucks, but that's the way it works for now.
You can also change links a bit by adding the term you want, then | followed by the words you want. For example, [ [ Christmas|X-mas ] ] would become X-mas.

Hmm, when pasting a link to an outside page, it does not create a link, just text. Do you mean I have to paste the HTML code for the link?
