First you will need to open your internet explorer. Select the Tools menu and click on Internet Options. Find the tab that says Privacy and select. You will see a slider bar that moves up or down. Slide it up or down depending on the amount of security that you want your computer to have while on the internet. That is all there is to enabling cookies. There is an advanced option that you could explore, but it is not necessary to just enable cookies. Hope this helps.
