How do you do a pullover on the bars?

What is a pullover on the bars in gymnastics? Where can I get pictures or videos on doing a pullover on the bars?

A pullover on the bars is relatively easy to master—it is a technique that is often taught in the beginning stages of gymnastics fundamentals and is used in many routines.

1) Approach the bar and place your hands on it.
2) Hope a little to get your chin up over the bar. At the same time, kick your legs up and over the bar while using your arms to help pull yourself over.
3) Rotate your grip if need be to help you get all the way over the bar.

Now that you are in the proper position, you’ll be able to perform a variety of acrobatics on the lower bar, or you can transition to the upper bar.
