How do you contact YouTube when your account has been disabled and you want argue the decision?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I inundated the company with my plight until someone contacted me back.
I can only suggest you do the same.
Let's start with the generic email:
http://www.youtube.com/t/contact_us
You might also want to send a paper copy to:
YouTube, LLC
901 Cherry Ave.
San Bruno, CA 94066
You could call them and ask which department or person to send your letter to:
Tel. 650-253-0000
Fax 650-253-0001
Or you could just automatically send it to the big-wigs:
CEO: Chad Hurley
Director Sales: Suzie Reider
Director Marketing: Chris Di Cesare
I hope someone listens and helps you.

M$Without knowing the exact details, I did some flipping through YT's help area. You could try to see what their reason is going by the terms in the Account Help section and follow the advice there:

or if its a copyright issue:

Sorry i can't be much help with this beyond that. YT tend to be jerks sometimes when it comes to this.

M$that's terrible they would do that. As i said I tried to point you int he right direction to get satisfaction, hope it helps some.
That's scary stuff @jeffhoard.
I've seen a few horror stories from people that had accounts suspended by the like of Google (for adsense), Paypal and Facebook. Those guys don't seem to be very big on explaining themselves or allowing anyone to appeal their decision.
The Facebook example was along the lines of the well-documented problem there of: "We don't believe that can be your real name." I won't reveal the poor guy's name, but let's just say that his parents named him after a beloved character from a favorite book, and Facebook bans first and doesn't listen afterwards.
the root of my issues is the lack of communication, when somebody has over 200+ videos and 300+ subscribers you would think they would contact you and warn or perhaps provide a explanation to why the account was closed, its causing me a real headache today
