how do you change worl tendency for Demon's Souls

The best way to shift tendencies is in offline mode so that you get no interference.
Shifting to Black:
You need to either be killed in body form, suicide while in body form, kill Old King Doran, or kill the body forms of Miralda, Scirvir, Lord Rydyell, Satsuki, or Selend Vinland.
Shifting to White:
You'll need to kill a boss in your own world in body or your spirit form, kille the black phantom forms of the five NPCs I've mentioned for shifting to black, kill Primeval Demon.
After you do these things, you must return to the Nexus for them to take effect. Hope this helps! For more information, look here!
