How do you catch the Wii Fit Hula hoop?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

While standing on the balance board, bend your knees. Then, lean forward, on the board, and lunge your upper body forward, up and at an angle. It helps to put your hands in the air, as if you were actually trying to catch the hula hoop.

Just lean in the direction of where the hula hoop (right or left) is coming. You can put your hands up too if that will help. You should start to lean almost as soon as the hula hoop is released because sometimes the timing is a little slow compared to when you lean and when your Mii leans.

I find it helpful to immediately stand on one foot and lean. If the *person* on the left (as you face the screen) is tossing it, stand on your left foot and lean to the left.

Also, make sure that the batteries in your balance board are still good - it sometimes seems to effect response time.

Good luck, sweetaman, and keep practicing!!!
