Try boiling a quart of water, and then putting in pumpkin seeds with about 1/8 cup of salt. Stir for 10 minutes. Drain the seeds and mix with about 2 Tbs. melted butter. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Tkae out when done and let let cool outside the refrigerator.
