How do we know that pastor ted has really turned his life arround . and can he be trusted again so soon after his fall from grace ?
What steps is pastor ted taking to prevent another situation like this happening again? and what has he done to regain the trust of his followers?

No one can truly know if he's turned his life around. My question is this: have the persons most concerned with his fall from grace turned their lives around? I see too many people who point fingers in accuisation when 5 minutes ago they had their own fingers in the cookie jar.
Offer Ted counseling for whatever problem he's had, and support him through his crisis.
