How do u make groups/fan clubs on Facebook

To create a Group.
- Look in the lower left corner of your Facebook page (any page).
- Click on the active link named APPLICATIONS.
- A dialog bog will open with a list of recent applications that you have used.
- Look in the top right corner of this dialog box.
- Click on the active link named EDIT.
- This opens a new page, Application Settings - Recently Used.
- Look for the drop-down box named SHOW:, it should show RECENTLY USED.
- Pull down the list and select AUTHORIZED.
- The list on the page should update to be, Application Settings - Authorized.
- Scroll down the list and click on the active link for GROUPS.
- A new page will display with all of your current Groups.
- Look in the top right corner for a gray button named + CREATE A NEW GROUP.
- Click on the button and you will be presented with a step-by-step dialog on how to create a Group.
To create a Fan Page.
- In the SEARCH box on any Facebook page, type in the words FAN PAGE and enter.
- Select any existing Fan Page (it doesn't matter if you belong to it or not).
- Scroll down the page until you reach the bottom of the far left column.
- Look at the bottom of the far left column for an active link named CREATE A PAGE.
- Click on CREATE A PAGE and follow the step-by-step dialog on how to create a Fan Page.
- Please heed the warning from Facebook... "Fake Pages and unofficial "fan pages" are a violation of our Terms of Use. If you create an unauthorized Page or violate our Terms in any way, your Facebook account may be disabled."

can i also have people help me create a group aswell nd if so how will i do this (as in a person)
You must be signed-on to the account that will be creating the group / fan page. If you do not plan on administering the page, you should solicit the help of someone else. They can create the page under their own account.
If you require the page to be under your account, the helper will need to have access to your account. Be certain that it is someone you know and trust, preferably doing the work under your watchful eye (so that they don't need to know your username and password).
