How do they make Maggie's pacifier sound on The Simpsons?

It says at one point the sucking sound was made by a synthesizer. It says at the same site that the sucking sound ( which is the one you mean I think :) comes from "Gabor Csupo, Liz Georges (also said anecdotally to be Matt Groening)" so people as well :)
