HOW DO I USE "GOOGLE HACKS" APPLICATION

Hi there, and welcome to Mahalo.
I don't know of a tool called "Google Hacks", but I know there is a book with that name. The full title is "Google Hacks: Tips & Tools for Smarter Searching" and can be found using ISBN 0-596-00447-8.
Part of the book handles about "Goolge Hacking", the methods to use Google search to find security issues at websites.
A second edition has been published in December, 2004] (ISBN 0-596-00857-0), and a third version was released in (ISBN 0-596-52706-3).
