How do I start saving for a 401K?
How would I go about starting a 401K? How much money do I need, if any to start? Where can I go to learn the basics of a 401K?

You need to be employed first.
It's a retirement plan, that you can start as soon as you're hired.
You start with a percentage of your wages, which is witheld from your paycheck.
Usually it's deposited/invested in mutual fund (etc.) of your choice.
