How do I setup an online shopping with organization similar to that of Endless.com. (Dynamic Category and Brand Selections)
I would like to have an online shopping experience similar to Endless.com. I like how the customer can select Category and see what brands are available and vice-versa. I also like how the items are dynamically updated and do not require a page refresh. Any shopping cart software that allows this?

use Zencart which is a free Ecommerce system
with a manager pannel... you would need to know Css and
some basic php.
