How do I manage folders for my apps on the iPhone?
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Hello @marinad!
I found some helpful tips on how to manage folders for app on the iPhone:
Organizing and creating folders of apps on your iPhone is a tedious process especially if you have plenty of apps installed. If these apps are not organized well, creating a folder structure can be time consuming. For it would mean flipping through app pages, creating folders and dragging apps to those folders.
So, it would be easier to do some sorting out while your iPhone is connected to iTunes. You will be able to create folder structures in the same way you do on the iPhone by simply dragging one app onto another creating a folder with a suggested category.
Every folder on the iPhone can only contain up to 12 apps but this would mean if you click on the folders, you don't have to scroll to find and choose apps.
One disadvantage though if you organize apps and folders through iTunes is that it's difficult to move apps from one page to the next and to an existing folders. But there is no solution for this, it would be a tedious task.
But it would be best to organize your applications so that you won't have to flip through the pages to find them and it would be easier to locate them if you have labeled the folders appropriately.
