How do I make it so that Norton Antivirus doesn't block Limewire?

Add Limewire in the firewall's program control list. Select the access option for Limewire as 'Allow'.

You can verify if it is the Norton Firewall that is blocking Limewire by turning the firewall off or the turning whole Norton service off. If it is not the firewall that blocks it, then it is probably your router. Then, you must add the appropriate ports in the port forwarding section found in your router configuration page.

M$Look out for drop-down menus next to each program installed. Besides this there would be choices like Allow, Block or Custom. Choose Allow for all entries pertaining to LimeWire entries. Now restart your computer so that the new settings could take place.
Through this way you would able to use LimeWire along with Norton Antivirus or Norton Internet Security.
