How do I make goulash in a Crock-Pot?

When I was a little girl my grandmother would make me goulash. However, she would make it in a Crock-Pot. She would put it on and off to church we would go. When we would return home in the afternoon it would be ready to eat. She ended up losing the recipe. I ask her for it some 20 something years later. I want to make this again.

Do you have any recipes and instructions for making goulash in a Crock-Pot?

This is a Hungarian goulash I got from Five Star Crockpot Recipe with minor modification:

*quote*
2 Tbsp. Canola oil
2 lbs. chuck roast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large onion, sliced
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) beef stock
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup cold water
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
Pasta, for serving
Salt and pepper

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meat. Drain. Place beef and sliced onion in a slow cooker. Mix beef broth, tomato paste, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper; stir into beef mixture. Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours (I always use the longer cook time) until beef is tender. Mix water and flour; gradually stir into beef mixture. Stir in green pepper. Cover and cook on high heat 30 minutes. Serve goulash over cooked pasta.
