How do I make eggs and calf brains scrambled I think is how it was cooked for me when I was small .. please

Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs With Calf's Brains Recipe
* 12 eggs, beaten
* 1 calf's brain
* 1 qt. boiling, salted water
* 3 tablespoons butter
* Seasonings to taste
Instructions
1. Boil the calf's brain in salted water for about 15 minutes.
2. Remove from water and cut in small pieces. Season.
