How do I make creme brulee?
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I watched Mahalo's Chocolate Creme Brulee video today. It's definitely not a five minute recipe but it looks like it would be a tasty one. I'm not to sure on using a propane torch on my food but I have seen it done on many food shows. Mahalo's page is called How to Make a Chocolate Creme Brulee and there is a recipe on the page. I've added the link to it as a source at the bottom of the answer.
For finding recipes I like to use All Recipes as my first source. The rating system is used a lot, and the people who comment often add ideas on how to change up the recipe. I also like Alton Brown on Food.com. His recipes are not overly difficult and if I find one on All Recipes that I like, I will sometimes compare it to his to see what the differences are and combine the two.
