I called that number and I has sent my amended return in early Feb. After an hour of waiting the lady said "Um... the standard time is 8-12 weeks and I don't see it in our system which means you didn't send it." I told her I sent it certified retern receipt required so I know they received it "Well, sir, we probably lost it. I would reccomend sending it again and save yourself some money and send it regular mail because we have the same chance of losing it whether it's certified or regular mail. Is there anything else I can help with?" Needless to say I am a little angry!!!
