There are some good, reputable health and wellness websites. You do have to sort through a lot of information to find them though. The Internet has been taken over by people who publish informative articles. It is important to look at the credentials of the person who wrote the article. Find out if they have advanced degrees or are a health professional. If they are not a health professional then do they have experience in the field. Look at the references used for the articles that published on the site as well. Also, decide on the website itself. A user generated site will have less accurate information than one that has qualified health professionals writing them. Some reputable sites include MayoClinic, Merck, Medline Plus, Health Finder and Physicians' Desk Reference.
