There is this line: Whenever you want to use a mod that requires OBSE (such as ours), you must start Oblivion through the "obse_loader.exe"! Failure to do so will prevent such mods from working.

Now you might get some errors with launching oblivion depending what version you have. (some are not supported)
Also make sure everything is in the oblivion directory.
