Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

IEUser.exe sets the internet explorer security settings

The IEUser.exe is used when install Active X components to the browser

Malware can change your ieuser.exe

I think you need to reload your operating system and browser. Create two accounts, one for adminstrative and the other for user. Install your flash and quicktime and java. That will probably be all the components you will ever need. Reduce the user privileges disallowing all downloads that will install components too your machine. You should never install a component on your machine. The user account will prevent this from happening accidentally. Websites that require component downloads are trouble. Complaint to these websites that they should remove the active X installation and request they change their site to pure html. It is safer.

Well, first try this: Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced> Reset IE Settings, and see if that helps. If not, then it could be malware causing you a problem. Obviously you have some access to the internet, so if you can download Malwarebytes Anti Malware software here (http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php), it has solved similar problems for me in the past.
