How do i fix my really messed up sleep cycle now?

Here is the trick that works for me.

1. Try to stay awake as long as I can. If you can stay awake for 24 hours till my desired bedtime. I'll be very tired and sleep like a baby. Warning this is not very healthy.

2. Exercise. You'll be very exhausted after that. Plus it does your body good. You'll sleep like a baby.

3. Clean your house. I am a very messy person. I find that cleaning up the house a chore and exhausting affair. I'll be very tired after that. This is good since I get to keep my house clean.

4. Take a shower before going to bed. After all my daily activites. I find that when my body feels clean and cool. I get to sleep much better.
