You need to know at least part of the person's YouTube Channel in order to find it. You can go to YouTube.com, type what you are looking for in the search box, press 'Search'.
Next, press the 'Search options ', right under the "YouTube " logo. There, at "Result type: ", click "Channels". Now, press "Search" again.
You will now see the channels that closest match your search query.
