How can I save money on a new PS3 or Xbox 360?

I would say the top way to save money on an Xbox360 or a Playstation 3 would simply to buy a used or refurbished edition. To the best of my knowledge there really aren’t any rebate programs out there that are going to save you any kind of real money. Of course the other way you can do this is by using the Best Buy Rewards program which awards you so many points with every purchase at one of their stores. If you make enough purchases you can get a Best Buy gift card and that would effectively be saving you some money on the PS3 or the Xbox as long as your other purchases weren’t just aimed at getting the gift card and were things you would have needed anyway.
