Depending on your budget, a variety of Rolls Royce models are available for sale. However, I highly recommend that you spend the extra money and get a Rolls Royce Phantom. After all, you only get married once (or at least that's the idea). Phantoms are available for as little as around $2000 per day, but I've also seen them available for much more. It depends on the area of the United States that you live in.
Regardless of where you live though, the majority of the cost is going to be in actually renting the car. It shouldn't be much more money to have a driver included, and other special options like formal wear for the driver and complimentary champagne are often thrown in free of charge. When the Phantom was released in 2004, I remember some models for renting for $4000/day. You should be able to do much better than that nowadays.
