How can I prepare vegetables so my toddler will eat them?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Cut the vegetable into small pieces. Boil or steam the pieces.
Make a purée (mash) of the vegetable by using a purée maker. You can also put the cooked vegetable pieces in a blender.

M$Don't laugh....for some reason, ranch has a flavor that is irresistible.
Prepare fresh veggies if at all possible, making sure they are in manageable pieces (toddlers have teeth to chew) and let them dip the veggies in the ranch.
Works for my toddler grandson (and did for my own kids).
Another one that worked for my kids was French dressing...they loved it on broccoli.
