How can I learn how to be a professional blogger?
Are there guidelines or online courses available for writing professional blogs? What is the best way for a college student to break into blogging?

Blogging has become an integral part of our lives and the internet world. Here is a great site that has a lot of great tools if you want to be a professional blogger:

The best way to break into blogging is to just start. Begin reading blogs and following the blogs of famous bloggers, like Pete Cashmore. Find what styles that you like. I would start with commenting on blog articles that you are interested in. Then, you can start your own free blog on www.blogspot.com or www.wordpress.com. Wordpress has a lot of great features and widgets. I would keep in mind a few things. Keep writing and learning. Your blog will not be as active or popular unless you keep adding new articles.
