Answered Question

Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
What is the best way to convert the VGA video from my laptop to the (composite?) Yellow RCA input to my TV?
Unfortunately I don't have other options with this TV or this laptop and I was hoping to find a solution for maybe $30 or less.

At radio shack there is a box called pc to video component . a cable type conection with out the box is good but with this box you get your full resolution it will let you connect your vga from laptop to tv with your yellow and white and red for audio. you can do a search online for a pc to video component box. Walmart .com might have it our Radio shack.com. Amazon.com hope I was a help. My name is donald my email is don560@charter.net if you have any questions feel free to ask me. If you want to talk by phone we can do that to.This PC-to-component converter is an ideal way to connect your computer to a TV or projector. The multi-format output provides conversion of resolutions up to 1600x1200 into standard video, S-video or the high-resolution 480i component video. Whether you're using it for business presentations or big-screen gaming, it will make the connection you need.
