What is the best brand/wholesaler of swimming pool chemicals, filters, pumps, etc... that ships/has offices in Mexico?

I know, a pretty specific question, but the latter part doesn't matter much. I'm looking to learn what are the best brands of swimming pool chemicals and who sells them in the US (or Europe) wholesale to sell in Mexico. Also, it doesn't just have to be chemicals, it can anything related to swimming pools (filters, pumps, etc...).

My friend has a swimming pool cleaning business in California and Mexico, and she has bought from this company before. She says that their products are really good, and have helped her make a decent amount of profit in her business.
