A metal punch is a tool used to punch holes in strip-metal frameworks. Often used on aluminum, brass, plastic, or even 14-guage mild steel. Perhaps he was trying to punch a hole in the bullet to put on a chain and use for a necklace??? :) http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product/Pr-p_Product.CATENTRY_ID:2004061/c-10101/Nty-1/p-2004061/Ntx-mode+matchallpartial/N-10101/tf-Browse/s-10101/Ntk-AllTextSearchGroup?Ntt=metal+punch+kits&gclid=COCHroW5j5gCFRFWagodTxPT8w
