The best answer anyone can give you it.... run. And run fast.

The average bee can fly around 12mph, so most healthy humans can outrun them.

The most important thing to understand is that getting away, and quick, is vital. Once bees become agitated, they will not relax. They do not have what us humans refer to as that "emotional switch."

DON'T try to swat at them (this will just push stingers deeper and anger the bees further).

DON'T hope they'll relax if you stand still long enough.

Just run.

If you are stung in the process and feel an allergic reaction occurring, seek medical attention.

Here's hoping you don't find your way into a bee swarm!
