1. Stick the clothing in the freezer. Leave it in there for a few hours.
2. Scrape it off with a blunt knife. Most of it should come off.
3. Scrub it with some soap. If needed add some course salt as an abrasive.
4. Throw it in the washing machine.

You can rub an ice cube over it... or place it in the freezer. Doing this will make it hard and easier to scrape off. I haven't tried this but I have been told that you can rub peanut butter over it... but then you have to clean the peanut butter off. There is also a product you can buy called "Goofoff" that is supposed to work very well. Here is the link for the product.
