I will say, though, that be careful about using a scorer with drywall; the drywall surface is more prone to damage from scoring.

Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
I have border on a painted drywalled wall. The border was prepasted but since it was a lazer cut I used border adhesive as well. Help

Have you tried steaming? At my old house, we had to remove a border that was 15 years old and wasn't budging with standard removal, so we used a steamer and it worked wonders. http://www.ehow.com/how_4796191_remove-wallpaper-border-using-steamer.html
