You could try bleach to get rid of the odor.
Vaccuum the furniture as best as possible. Then, mix 1/4 cup of bleach with two gallons of warm water and gently scrub the chairs with a medium bristle brush. Rinse off with water.
You could place the chairs out in sun to dry. However, do not leave them in the sun too long or the wicker will dry out. You could also use a sponge or cloth to dry the chairs.
You could also try a mixture of baking soda and water. Or you could also just try taking them outside on a cool day and let them air out for awhile and see if it helps.

How to care for the indoor wicker furniture?
We bought this wicker furniture set from Pier one 2 years back for our family room. Now it kind of smells funny, not sure if it is due to getting too much sun light.
How do we remove that smell?
