how do I get refund for defective certainteed shingles
we are replacing shingles with our own contractor - not the contractor who installed these shingles. I want to get somewhat of a refund from CertainTeed but all I see are sites for Lawyers. Not sure where to start. Dont want to hire a Lawyer.
