Well, it takes a lot more information than large fruit and large tree. For a start, where in the world do you live? There are a lot of kinds of lemons, including true lemons and other citrus that are called lemons. Only a few are grown commercially, but those are not necessarily the same that you will find in a home garden. To be sure, you will have to consult a local expert from the local agricultural college or association. To learn more about lemon types, try reading the following sources. There are a lot of other citrus trees, many of which are hybrids and many times one type is grafted onto another, so the whole story of citrus may be of interest.
