I'm not sure why you are wanting this but I was wondering the same when I was trying to child proof my house and find the following. Child proof stove nobs, and I see there is a patent out for a stove that has nobs on the back of it.

Okay you do understand that the knobs at the front are a safety issue. I think people may worry too much about this. Most if not all knobs now require you to push in and turn. Wtih the angle they are put on the front it's impossible to do this by accident.

If your worried about a non accident you really just need to talk to your kids about not doing it.

A stove knob could look tempting to a child. They're curious to know what it does especially if they've seen you move it plenty of times. To keep your child from turning the stove or oven on you can put some stove knob covers on them. The covers go around the knob so the child cannot move them. best thig to do is to child proof it.
