Make bee baths!
"Find a place in your garden that is near the heaviest density of flowers.
Place the pedestal on the ground where you would like the bee bath to be located and fill with water. If you have a large pool have more than one bee bath. Enjoy knowing that you haven't killed anything, and a compromise has been found for the enjoyment of both."

Does anyone know how to keep bees out of your yard? My neighbor keeps bees and they swarm our pool in the summer, I hate to complain to him

What a great idea! You gave an answer that would solve both the fear of hurting the beekeeper's feelings, as well as a possible solution.

I got stung by a bee for the first 2nd time last summer and ended up in the hospital barely made it alive. Now I have to carry an epipen so I don't die the next time. I would check your city bylaws and see if you can prevent the beekeeper from keeping bees, your life is at risk.

I am sorry that you had such a drastic reaction to a bee sting. They can be deadly for sure. I am glad that you carry an epi-pen.
