That's probably going to be pretty hard to find. Sam's Club has a couple of chairs for about $50. However, judging from the photos I probably wouldn't want to sit in any of them for more than an hour at a time.
As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. No need to go out and spend a thousand bucks on some fancy contraption with adjustable everything, but you'll probably be much happier in the long run if you look at something more in the $100-200 price range.
Alternatively, you could check out your local thrift store. They often have some quite decent used chairs if you're willing to wait a while for the right one to come along. Plus if you live anywhere near a university, the end of the school year often results in a lot of perfectly good furniture being abandoned either at thrift shops or just on the side of the road.

This is a pretty good chair. Office Depot always has chairs on sale. Look for the coupons in there ads. Great discounts online as well.
I just picked on up this week from Walmart it was on sale for $54.00 regularly 89.00. The same deal is not listed on Walmart.com so you'll have to visit your local Walmart to buy it. I saw it on a rollbacks display in the middle of a main aisle. It is black and very handsome in appearance and was a cinch to put together at home. It looks more expensive than it was. Below is a link to a bunch of affordable office chairs.
