I would like to awaken on Christmas morning to find three happy children under my tree. OK, not directly under the tree ... but as a result of what is under the tree. Nothing would give me greater satisfaction or pleasure this Christmas than to make my family happy.

ok more realistically... anything from friends and family. a card is perfectly fine... jus as long as they actually wrote in it, The feeling of love is by far the best present I could ask for.

My new fellow. No seriously, we aren't Christmas tree types, but I'd put one up for him. :) My real answer: a flourishing romance.

I find that it's best when you don't actually "expect" anything. I'm hopeful and thankful to have family gathered around the tree. Anything I receive is just a BONUS!

Be happy for good!

A nice 'dressy' fedora *hint hint*! I have a sudden liking for hats but they don't come cheap where I am. SO, one for a Christmas present would make me pretty happy!

Fun clothes. Especially something that I might not have had the imagination or courage to buy myself. It seems like a find a gem almost every Christmas!

Were I the happiest person in the world, I'd have an iPhone under the Christmas tree. Knowing that won't happen, I'm more than happy just sharing the day with my grandparents.

$201,000: $200,000 so I don't have to to take out loans to pay for medical school and $1,000 for a really nice Spring Break trip.

Oh, and all of that peace, love, and happiness stuff too.

Nothing. Honestly.

This is the first year I've had a job making more cash than I need to live on, and I live alone, so it's not like I have a lot of expenses. I'm going to my parent's house for Christmas.. I know they aren't overflowing with disposable income, ever.
They always try to give me things I don't need; random useless things, which are expensive, just to make up to the year's budget.. Say they have 70 dollars left to spend, they'll buy me stupid things like a 40 dollars puzzle or a picture. I'm a college student, and those are ridiculous purchases to me. Who in their right mind buys a 40 dollar puzzle?
I'd be much happier without the outrageous puzzle, and let my parents keep their 40 dollars, than to have them waste the money on something I will likely never even open, and the get the guilt that comes along with it.
And since there is really nothing I want or need this year, I know all of my gifts will be pointless and unusable, just so they can say they got me $xxx dollars of gifts... I'd really much rather find nothing under the tree.

I prefer to give.
