Technically when he was raised from the dead he came back to life and was no longer dead. Zombies are the living dead so I'd say no, he wasn't

None of the accounts of Jesus' resurrection have him behaving like a zombie, but a resurrected Jesus is by definition an undead Jesus:

Many people use undead and zombie interchangeably, but a zombie is usually a subtype of undead. More appropriate subtypes would be lich and vampire, but neither is a perfect fit.
