I am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but my research noted that Rugelach is another term for Cheese Bagelach. I found this page on Mahalo that has many links to recipes and information about them.

This is for Bagelach, not sure if Bagelach is the same as Cheese Bagelach, though it does contain cream cheese.

Ingredients

1 Medium-long; thin carrot, sliced into thin rounds

Tiny cherry tomatoes; whole or sliced in half

1 sm Cont whipped cream cheese

Alfalfa sprouts

1 sm Bell pepper; any color, thinly sliced

1 sm Cucumber; sliced into thin rounds

Black olives; sliced

1 Bagels; cut in half

Hi and Thank You for your reply,
However I am looking for an old Jewish recipe that is
sort of like potato knishes or blintze's.....anyway it is
made with a farmer cheese filling and has dough on the
outside (then it is baked) . It is a very old recipe and I guess I will have to ask
around and maybe look in a book store for the recipe in a old
cookbook with these type of items!

Thank you so much for your reply
