You can also search Flickr for images that are licensed through 'creative commons.' This means people let you use their stuff for free as long as you don't use it for commercial purposes.
Go to Flickr Advanced search
http://www.flickr.com/search/advanced/
type in your search term, then scroll down to
"Search by content type" and select
Photos / Videos
Screenshots / Screencasts and
Illustration/Art / Animation/CGI
Then go to the very bottom of the page and check the box that says
"Only search within Creative Commons-licensed content ."
You will get lots of images, clip art, and illustrations done by people for St. Patrick's Day.
Here's a couple of cool images I found using the Flickr search:

p.s. The first image that came up in my search was a beer. Luck of the Irish, I guess!
