When I used to read tarot cards I found that cards with descriptive images made it easier to interpret them. I don't remember exactly which deck I used but this link has a list of tarot and descriptions of what comes with the deck (manuals, dvds, etc...)

Yes, I totally agree that the picture or images can make a difference. I just bought the Gilded Tarot, by Ciro Marchetti and the art is gorgeous. A must for collectors and readers.
